Why the dot?

I guess Jacques. I just like him better then the rest on that list. :D

LOL oh yeah..this board makes you type something even when you just want to put in a smilie instead. I really like Dario, but I'm rooting for Jacques since his dad Jilles was the first driver I ever rooted for.

NONE OF THE ABOVE

None of those drivers will match the success Juan Pablo has had and will have.

I voted for Carpantier.....something about his being so fast right outa the chute. I saw somewhere some testing times and he seemed to always be in the top 5.......of course, that Doesnt mean he can make 2000 left turns at Bristol in a 500 mile race without tearin up stuff.....so we'll see.

Even tho I want all of them to fall flat on their faces. From the list you provided...Dario probably

Even tho I want all of them to fall flat on their faces.

Meee TO! I want our good old boys to show them ALL up! It would be fine with me if those foreign drivers finished LAST in every race.
Betsy:rolleyes:

PS> I cannot even VOTE for one of them!!

how bout we give em nicnames.....

Bubba Franchiti
Red Carpentier
Vince Villanueve

and Sam Hornish i guess:p

I don't want all of them to fall flat.

Diversity is a good thing for any sport.

Let's face it guys, Juan Pablo will be a factor. He might not make the Chase for the Sprint Cup, but he will make sure ESPN, FOX and TNT knows he out there. He will probably win two or three races. That will get the national media fired up when he does.

Imagine the hype if he wins Daytona or Indianapolis.

Also, I wouldn't forget there's a lot of talk about 15 year-old Haley Pitts from the Riveria.

I voted for Patrick Carpentier because I think he has the best chance for a top 5 finish in a couple races, of the drivers listed.

i think by performance dario will be better, but hornish will be more consistent
