Sorry Brian. :(

Apparently the definition was changed just AFTER Nascar ruled against you.
vickers pass was on a restart, had nothin to do with the yellow line...so I'm not sure what rule was changed that you are referin to...

The same excact phrase was used:The act of passing---that Nascar used to describe Jr.s move.Clearly Jr WAS below the yellow line.No question of that...Vickers was penalized for a 'passing' related move as well.I just dont see the double standard.

DW did make the remark that it would be an 'unpopular' call.Just another little point of debate.

Also, as to Vickers and his "in the act of passing" @ Texas, why wasn't Lil'E black flagged in the 'Dega Busch race when he was in the act of passing the Pace car. That too is a violation. And, he was below the yellow line doing it. Which is also a no-no. Face it, if your name is Lil'E the rules don't apply to you. Including the rules of physics. It has always amazed me and DW, who comments on it in every RP race, of how Lil'E is the ONLY car that can run where ever he wants without help and when others try it they go to the back. I'd love for someone to explain that. <_<

BRIAN VICKERS ISN'T A CASH COW WONDERBOY!!!!!!
