Please....one driver per customer.

Here's my favorite. It's Kez at Dover in the NW race'. He has a front tire going down, and he spins while exiting turn 4. Because Dover has some high banking on the straights, that almost always means you're hitting the inside wall.

Kez's great save, or is he just lucky?

At first glance, it may look like luck, but it was pure car control skill. You may have to adjust your screen brightness and then keep a close eye on his wheels.

First, how does he reverse his spin? If he continues spinning to the left, there isn't any hope of missing the inside wall. He does a great job locking down the brakes and turning hard to the right, but the key is releasing the brakes at just the right moment to get the back end to reverse direction. But the banking still want's to push him into the wall. This is the most amazing part.

You can see that the back end is going to hit the wall, but it doesn't because Brad releases the brakes at just the right time and the car rolls up the banking and away from the wall. This also keeps his tires from blowing out until the very end of the spin, giving him the time he need's to save the car. He quickly locks the brakes down again so he doesn't back into the wall as everything reverses as the spin continues. He again holds the brakes until just the right moment, then releases them again and moves up the track before the back end hits the wall. One more time, and he made a great save.

Understanding all he had to do to save the car, and the precise timing involved, watch it again at full speed and you'll really appreciate what goes into making a great save.

Mickey Mouse at Disney World
Loose in tight off HELL of a save

Not my favorite driver not even this year Butt this save by Jamie Mac at Vegas was incredible...and he only lost 3 positions!

BTW, be9ak7ts16 that wasnt a save that was just Finaly showing just how Dominate a car he had all year! Nothing could run with that car on the big tracks.

I'd say the so called "pass in the grass." It wasn't a pass, but Earnhardt got major loose, and not only saved it flying tough the grass, but stayed in the lead.

Well done. Hit the brakes and the gas at just the right times to keep it from the wall

Dale Earnhardt in an IROC car at Daytona when Cheever knocked him into the grass on the front stretch and Dale got it back on the track in Turn 1. Didn't slow down, didn't lose control, didn't hit anyone coming back up.

And knocked Cheever for a loop after the checkers. LOL

Earlier Sr was pushed into the wall on the front stretch just before the flag stand, that's why there's blue tape holding the fenders on. Don't know how he saved that car.

Sr was striding down pit road as Cheever was climbing out of his car, Sr got him in a headlock and gave him a "noogie".

Boy there sure was some great driver skills in those clips....and that IROC race looked ...well pretty racy :beerbang:

I never considered Jimmy Spencer one of my favorites, but rumor has it that he leaned over to the "passenger" side of his racecar to keep it from turning over in this incident.

Lo and behold, it worked!

250 lbs of weight should do something. There at the end of the clip Buddy in the 47 car :beerbang:

Stewart in the Nationwide race at Daytona when he got sent through the grass in turn one I believe it was.

2006 Michigan Kahne had to pit for overheating from the lead comes back gets out front and it rains:beerbang:

I think one of the best was in the truck series. Ron Hornday and I think Matt Crafton?? at Kansas for the lead.

Danica Patrick making a good save in Indycar back in 2007 at Milwaukee..

And the great save in her ARCA debut last year...
