Why did they count the 4 laps that the cars were on the track before the green flag flew???

It was a green/caution for a wet track. Not unusual. Especially when they need to make sure that pit road is dry after the cars leave.
I think its stupid to start the race under yellow/green.....just run a few more yellow laps.

I said the same thing yesterday.
Put the cars on the track to finish drying is a no-brainer. But I don't like the yellow/green, at all.
