I actualy like the rule, last year at Kentucky it kept the race interesting and Ed Carpenter nearly won the race because of it. The whole push to pass thing originaly came from CART before they folded.
Where I come from it's called Nitrous Oxide 
It's a little hard on the lower-end though...

Its really cool when they use it on roadcources. It would be pretty wild in nascar at a track like Bristol.

that still would of been no good to her, you have to be around a car to pass it
Not stay away from everybody and then blame them cause your too scared to mix it up.
