And say a prayer for the common soldier.

It matters not whether you support this war, these are the children of our country doing the best they can. They deserve a warm and welcoming homecoming whenever that may be. May they all they all find their way home..........
 
Once again well said hardscrabble. The average age of our soldiers is something like 22 i think? They need to know that besides all of the protestors that take up most of the CNN coverage, that most of the country does support them and are grateful.

Actually, I think the average age is around 19. At 22, you're either getting out after a four year tour or you're at least a squad leader or possibly a platoon leader.
 
I have friends over there.....i think about them all the time, what they are doing for their country is hard to fathom, i have the utmost respect for anyone in the military! I don't watch CNNs' coverage of the war, that station with its liberal agenda makes me want to puke, Fox news is where it is at. And for all the protestors out there still protesting the war while our soldiers are fighting FOR YOU.....this middle finger is for you! :angry:
