I think they should start all the seasons a little bit apart. Cup in Feb, Xfinity in say March, and Trucks in April. Cup can run until Nov, Xfinity can until Dec, and Trucks until January. Next month it all starts over.

Might be neat if somebody aired a program on TV that showed the work these teams do during the offseason. Including driver appearances, wooing sponsors, building cars, track tests, etc. Contrast what is going on at a big team vs. a small team. Be good to focus on other things except for mostly the driver at a race.
