I thought they had more then one green white checkerd? when did they change this rule? I was really pulling for Musgrave!

The 99 just took T. Bodin out, grrrrr

As much as i hate the Hamation's i do hope Bobby Jr is ok cause that was a HARD hit.

and don't ya'll think DW needs a new driver for the 17? cause he crashes about everyweek (or all the truck races i go to and watch on tv)

Lappy, since Nascar introduced the G/W/C to Busch and Cup, it now applies to ALL. 1X only per race.

Actually the truck series is why we only have one GWC. When NASCAR institued this after Talladega, the trucks were the first to run. The rule actually applied to all three series (not sure about ARCA). There were 4 attempts at a GWC and in two of the cautions, trucks flipped. With NASCAR eyeing safety, and the possibility of crashing someone out of your way to get another restart and move up a spot, plus the idea of never-ending GWC shots, they restricted it to one shot. I think it should be two because sometimes a guy drops debris at restart and that's the race? Blah!

Bobby Jr looked OK to me. He jumped off the back of his truck. I'm not sure the 17 ever slowed down. The caution was out but i don't think he backed off any.

That's kinda true, but not exactly.
Trucks have always had the GWC from the begining, and they could have as many GWC as it took. In the history of the truck series they never had such a mess as the last time they ran under those rules and trucks turned over as you said. BUT, NASCAR had already made the decission to instatute the GWC to all series and in doing that said there would only be 1 GWC for ALL top 3 series. This decision was made prior tho that wreckfest race.
