Alright, I have a laptop running off a wireless signal. For some reason this laptop at times will drop signal and it will have to either search for the signal or I'll have to reconnect it myself. I have other laptops that use the same wireless and they work fine so I know it's just this computer that's the problem. Any idea why only one computer could be dropping signal and not the rest?

It's broke.;)

I have this new(er) computer on Cox cable, also my wife's laptop running off a Linksys router, the new Netflix box and my son's laptop. My son has to reboot the cable modem every few days otherwise he can't get on. Reboot the cable modem by unplugging for a few seconds and all it well when it comes back on-line. The other devices using wireless don't have any problems.

Plug in and update the drivers.

Check your B/G/N settings for router and laptop. If you can, go with N, otherwise use B. G gets upset by TV's and other appliances and will drop signal.
