Ron Polillo, better known as Horshack on Welcome Back Kotter is dead. Reports say he was found in his apartment by his girlfriend, where he apparently suffered a fatal heart attack. He was 63 years old. It's kind of hard to fathom him being 63 years old.
I loved that show back in the day. I probably watched every episode at least 5 times in syndication. While Horshack wasn't my favorite character on the show, that was reserved for Mrs Julie Kotter (hey what can I say, I was a young teenager at the time), you couldn't help but like the kid.
