Do NASCAR tracks not under the ISC banner have contracts in place long term regarding their race dates? It seems like it shouldn't be too hard to move a race from a non ISC to a short track or Road Course once a contract runs out.

The whole ISC/NASCAR relationship is an interesting one. I think the sports better off if some ISC tracks take a hike but that's not gonna happen.

NASCAR released its 2016 Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series schedules Monday and also announced it has reached five-year agreements with 23 tracks.
