I had really hoped that this forum would involve fans and racers having Intelligent Conversations regarding various forms of Racing and the Technical aspects of Racing...........sadly I'm very disappointed :(

I would urge you to stay. There really are some knowledgeable people here who know what they are talking about - because they lived it. There are a handful of posters here who simply post to get a rise out of people. It's pretty simple to ignore them.

I made a few questionable posts when I first got here. I quickly realized that many members here were women and mature folks. I have since tried to mind my p's and q's and stick to the topic. If I should stray from that, then by all means, call me out on it.
 
Hell, someone is always going to step on someone else's shoes.
Some people are going to step on everyone's feet :D, it's nothing more than a little back and forth ribbing. There are a bunch of good folks here and it's no different than anywhere else; there's going to be rivalry and there's going to be "my driver is better than your driver."
 
Hang in there FlFlash, it does happen on occasion. The more drama that happens on and off the track the more you will see all these nonsense threads that blow up with people going back and forth. It's all in good fun usually.

Perfect. I'm liking this guy more and more every day.

But the point is taken. Respect the thread. We can just start a new one when we see things spinning out of control.

Sorry that you are disappointed, FlFlash. This is just race fans having fun. There is a place for tech talk on this forum. All you have to do is to start a thread that incorporates something serious that you want to discuss, be it Tires, Fuel Injection, Ethanol, Safety Advancements, Restrictor Plates, etc.

Try it! You'll like it!

when i visit a forum for the first time and find out that i don't care for it i tend to move on. not suggesting that but ----> DOOR

Rest assured there was and is no financial gain made in my meteoric rise to "Senior level" on this forum or in real life :rolleyes:

I never said I was leaving I was only saying I would like to see a little more On Topic, Intelligent conversation of Racing Topics ;)

Although whoever it was who posted the link to the tennis player pics the other day.....Thank You!

My first thought when I saw I made Senior was that they'd figured out I'm an "Old Fart" thought maybe I'd get a discount on something.....I was wrong ;)
