Racing-Forums Congress: A game

Consider Racing-Forums to be a political congress, with the congressional membership divided into 10 parties (#0-9), based upon the final digit of each member’s ID#.

The goal is for a party to somehow gain control of the congress. By definition, “control” equates to assuring automatic passage of any law said party desires. How you get to that point is the heart of this exercise.

Initial Rules:

To pass a law you need a quorum, which is at least 10 voting members, and a simple majority (51% or greater) of votes in favor of the law (“aye” votes).

Any proposed law must state a deadline for voting: 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 24 hours. The default is 60 minutes, if a time is not specified. Any votes posted after the time limit are invalid, so all votes must be posted within 9, 29, & 59 minutes, and 23:59 hours/minutes respectively.

Vote posts MAY be edited and deleted, as long as the edit is prior to the vote deadline.

Outside of these initial rules, anything goes. Any and all rules may be altered or deleted by passage of law.
