Here are the rules. For every race, you pick one driver. They get a determined point total determined where they finish, however only those finishing in the top 10 will get scored unless they lead a lap, in which case they get 2 points if your driver leads a lap, 2 more if they win the most laps.

I like it. Simple to play. Count me in too..... That is, if someone else is keeping track.

So Spike, like Mopardh9 said..... Are you officially running this?

Count me in also, Spike. But, I'll probably be taking two or three vacations this year and on those I won't have a computer. Will I have the latitude to make picks two-three races in advance?

I'm in if this is done on a weekely basis, maybe we can get the mods to put up a sticky for it?

So if someone wants to pick JJ in all 36 races and 3 others do the same, chances are they will tie at the end of the year for 1st place. Give this some thought. Give us a list of 36 drivers. Each driver can only be picked once during the season, thus forcing you to use each driver once during the season. The challenge is, which driver do you pick for which race. Chances of a tie happening in this scenerio is mighty slim. And if a driver sits out a race or loses his ride during the season, you have to take the replacement driver for any races they run. What do you think?

Makes it too hard. The thing about Sike's game, you don't need to do anything except pick someone. If you wanna pick the same guy over and over, fine. Having to spend too much time agonizing over which driver to pick keep me away from all the other fantasy games. Keep it simple

OK, I'll just take JJ for all 36 races. Simple enough

I'm in.

Harvick on the plate tracks
Kenseth on the intermediates
Kyle on the short tracks
Ambrose on the road courses

I win, that was fun.

I'm in. Sounds like a pretty good game idea but you should put a deadline on when people have to have the pick in.

So we don't do this on a weekly basis? So say it is mid season a Jeff Gordon is on a hot streak and my driver i Picked for the next race isn't doing well, then I'm stuck? I have to make all 36 picks now, nope I'm out then.

Come on man, you don't have money on it give it a shot. I think the more people doing it would make it that much more fun. Everyone is going to have a driver somewhere that will be in a slump at some point.

Spike,
Do we send our list to you privately? I don't want anyone copying the wining list I'm going to have.

It would be cool if it were on an individual race thing. Picking a driver for each race now before the season starts doesn't make too much sense to me. But have fun I'll just stick to the Big Dawgs game.
