Ragan got a Cup Ride

David Ragan, who has five years experience in the Sprint Cup Series, will drive Front Row Motorsports' No. 34 Ford for the 2012 season.

Ragan, 26, will race the car number used all of last season by California veteran David Gilliland, who'll be his 2012 teammate in the No. 38 Ford fielded by Front Row owner Bob Jenkins.

Makes me mad, because looks like he forced out JJ Yeley of the ride.

I don't know about that? I'm not sure Yeley would have been coming back anyway Kvapil pretty much took over the car towards the end of last year, with some pretty decent runs too.

Who do you think is more promising, ragan or bayne? I think ragan deserves a better ride.

I,ll admit to being a bit biased, David Ragan raced legends with my son years back and we got to know him and his father, really good people and racers to the core. I don't believe he's been given credit for being as good as he really is. Now it's time for him to take a mediocore car and show what he can do, I bet he picks that team up a notch or two.

Bayne for what little he has run has a great head on him, very professional and just dosent get shook up. Top it off he's handsome articulate and intelligent he could go far if they let him develop his skills.

Both of them under the right circumstances have shown they can Win. But right now David has something to prove, I hope his new owner turns him loose.
