While pouring right outside my door, I braved the elements to carry out a ancient Native American spell handed down to me from my ancestors/ The Pee Turtle. When you want dry to change to rain or rain to change to dry, you go outside and draw the outline of a turtle w/ a stick. You then commence peeing on it.
