I'll give it a solid 9 even though my fav, Kahne was involved in the "big one". Okay, now it looks like even though who are interested in good clean racing are giving this race a higher rating and why? Could it be that there was more wreckage in this race than those in the close past? I've always said that it doesn't take a wreck to make a race good, but that just might be wrong. What I like in a race is that feeling that anything could erupt at any time and that's what keeps me on the edge of my seat. But who am I to say. I did like this race though as my rating says.
I got involved in something else about lap 200 and didn't make it back until 320 so I missed why there were only 6 cars on the lead lap. But, of what I did see the 1st part was a good 6 and the last 80 laps were an 8.
Matt and Carl were stinking up the place with their speed, taking no prisoners. Also, there was at one time, a caution that put a few of the guys in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, it wouldn't have mattered in the end because those guys up front were just too good.
I'll give the first 60-65 laps a 9. Once Hamlin got out of the top 5, Kenseth stunk up the show. From that point until lap 280 or so was a 4. The last 120 was a 9.
