Rate the race. I will give it a 8. Pretty good for N.H. One or two more laps and Jeff would have won. Good race though by Denny. He is turning into a pretty darn good driver.

I enjoyed this one as there was plenty of action all over the track. I'll give it a 9 because of the excitment at the end.

I'll give it an 8 , not too bad, and the 24 had something there at the end if there were a few more laps. I have to take back most of what i have said negative about NHIS in the past. I went up there saturday for the Busch and Modified race and had a great time. It was general andmission, so we sat just to the left of the start finish about 30 rows up. You are very close to the action on pit row, also you have a view of the entire track from about 25 rows on up. There was plenty of racing going on and i saw some three wide stuff even in the Busch race. The only problem i can forsee is traffic after the Cup race. I was out in about 10 minutes for the Busch race, but i think there was about 60,000 there, so double that and there will be problems. Anyone know how bad the traffic is after a Cup race or know alternative places to park or routes? I'm considering going up for the Chase race in Sept., so any info would be good.:D

I'll give it an 8 too.

Ahh Haaaa, seems you've experienced first hand what I've been saying for several years. At many of these tracks that everyone complains year after year about the boring racing if you actually go you find there's lots of exciting racing going on. I have never gone to a race at any track and saw a boring race. Just because the camaras focus on a boring follow the leader race an the commentators don't talk about, doesn't mean it's not happening further back in the pack, (that'e where MRN is miles ahead of TV).

7. TNT drove me nuts. Come back from commercial, bull**** around for a sec., show half the lineup ticker, cut to commercial. At one point it took me 15-20 minutes before the whole lineup ran across the tv.

I only got to see part of the last 20 laps. I can't rate the race.
I did get to see Denny take the checkard flag, that was a 10. :beerbang:

I'd give it an 8.5. Any track where you can beat and bang a little and still be competitive is alright by me. :beerbang:

I'm with the majority giving the race an 8.

I was there in Loudon seeing Denny win by just inches ahead of Gordon. Junior did good as well.

i'll agree with the 7.5-8.5 range or so. Lots of pushing and shoving and nobody really got hurt from it. really shows how strong the COT is. Mayfield's team fixing the splitter was brief entertainment, and i'm surprised jeff didnt try to rattle dennt's cage there at he end. Had this been the lennox 302, i'da had to rate this closer to 10.
