RATE THE RACE: Charlotte II

Brad saved it with the Kenseth and kasey battle for the win, I'll give it a 7

4 (out of a 6-pack).
As in the number of Miller Lites you'd need to drink in the time it took to run the last 20-something laps after the final competition caution to catch a decent buzz.

6.5

Totally boring watching the 48 dominate and I yelled at my TV the whole time because of the 24 night of mediocrity.... But, nice to see the top side work out, and Kasey gave it hell for a few laps there. Good battle at the end.

A shame NASCAR had to fabricate that good finish though...

Watching Kez working over and passing Kenseth who was dead set on staying in the grove, passed him clean and dueled with Kasey and the two put on a great show. Kez learned where Kasey was weak and took advantage of his weakness and passed him clean for the win. Kez unlike Kyle has been keeping his word about driving clean. Turned out to be the best race of the weekend so far..F1 is next. Kudo's 8.5

3

A multi-hour, 325 lap snoozefest whose only signs of (barest) life came with a 2 car race for the win over about the last 20 laps and between a non-chase driver and a chase driver with no shot at the championship. You mean there were people who actually paid to watch this thing?

Do you give Brad an 8.5 or the race?

4

Would give it a 3 but the last 20 laps were exciting. Congrats BRAD!

5 at best ..................... a few laps of racing at the end but everyone knew who was going to win that battle.

The trash on Juniors grille was the most exciting part of the race

I hope the tickets were really cheap

I liked it. Had my full undivided attention.
Didn't care for that last caution to set up a win for someone who didn't deserve it. But, whatever.
Not a JJ fan but he had this one.
Another Chevy win written off the books.
Thanks, NASCAR.

Gordon didn't win, so I'll give it a 2! :) I actually had to work, so I didn't get to see any of it, but it seems like I didn't miss much.

I give the first 300 laps a 2 because of the dominance of the Hendrick cars. The race after the mysterious Nascar debris I'll give an 8.5 . Congrats to Brad on winning and Matt on finishing ahead of the 48. On to Dega.

fell asleep ....That was worth a 8. Boring first half....Jacked up about Brads win......Jacked up......see what I did.there....
NASCAR gave 100% to the outcome .....
Final score ...5

first 300 or so laps...2/10..... last 20 8/10 great battle for the win

I wouldn't say I was really bored because between the Scanner and watching lap times on my phone keeps me interested but I can certainly understand why people weren't please.

Obviously aero push a huge issue at Charlotte but I wish tire wear were more pronounced. I like it when they need tires before fuel.

Didn't fall asleep but switched over to The Walking Dead marathon. I've seen most of the episodes 2 or 3 times but they were still more exciting and held my attention better than the race...

Holy cow... did the people who rated this above a 5 watch any of the race before the last caution?

Some people like to watch Nascar "racing"....seems others just prefer to watch Nascar "winning" ...in order to fully appreciate the win , you have to have seen the entire race. If you didn't watch the earlier laps , you missed Brad circle the track with a jack under his car.

3/10

I'm so sick of these BS phantom debris cautions. NASCAR has no integrity by throwing them. If they want to throw a caution for debris first they should tell the TV networks where it is and after we see it on TV then they could throw a caution. Otherwise they are losing all respect of the fans.

The start and parks ruin it for me. :(
