I love short track racing (Taylor's Version)
Solid 8.5
Yeah but where was that pesky 18 all day, didnt hear a word from him, back in the pack I think. We saw the passing today that has been missing from the season, so far. 'Bunch of Chevys blowing up today is a good day for me.
2 Fords up front, BradWho getting schooled, Jimmie dropping two spots...gotta be a 10
It's about Ford, man. 18 is my second driver and he didn't blow up because he wasn't running a small block Chevy.Yeah but where was that pesky 18 all day, didnt hear a word from him, back in the pack I think.
It was a clean pass only because Jeff lifted. Jr is damn lucky that it was Jeff because most others would have wrecked his ass for that little stunt.Hey Jeff Gordon, you had a bad day and got passed - cleanly - by your teammate. Get over it and move on.
Well, we are just gonna have to agree to disagree. I'm a Jr fan and you're a Gordon fan. You have to admit neither you nor I are going to be objectional on that particular move.It was a clean pass only because Jeff lifted. Jr is damn lucky that it was Jeff because most others would have wrecked his ass for that little stunt.

This coming from a guy who thinks Brad should have lifted when Kyle ran into his left fender on the last lap.
That was different type of incident. (and I have since changed my mind on that and actually agree with your assessment)
The JG/Jr deal is clear. If the 24 doesn't lift there is a big wreck. Jeff doesn't make stuff up and the video is conclusive.

TED got it all right, IMO.
As for the race 8.5 seems about right to me.
Cutting 100 miles off of the race distance has done wonders for the racing at Michigan and Fontucky!
And the fact that I scored 340 points (and moved UP 4 spots) in the Fantasy League makes it even sweeter!!
10. St. Jeff the Devine fail further out of the wild card race. The afflictions and suffering of his disciples pleases me. The only regret will be missing his disappearing act during the day chase, or the prolonged sufferings of his righteous fans.

Greg, you post some great stuff, but you gotta lay off them mushrooms.
What do you mean by day chase, or is that a typo?
Michigan has been a 400 mile race since 1969.
Alrightee then.
It was 500 miles at Fontucky till just a couple years ago... I will take your word for it, Smoke.
