I'll give it a 3. Better than a plate "race", but not much better.

Yep, 3 sounds about right. All the talk of fuel milage and pit strategy just about put all of us to sleep.

At the end of the race, they claimed there were alot of leaders and lead changes, but I think almost all of them happened during green flag stops as they cycled through.

That race was way too long and way too boring. And I had several guys in the top 10 today.

Don't worry you didn't miss much at all. This will not be a race that will be used in the "What are you doing changing the channel???" commercials.

I give it a 5, just because it was a race to watch on Sunday..
Pretty much a follow the leader race, a race that kills NASCAR..

Your right about a 5. Pocono is not a good race at all. But it is a race anyway. :bounce:

It was a great race cause Tony won. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Seriously, it was okay and there were moments. I've been there twice as a spectator and do not plan on going back. Rather watch it on TV. Compared to other races this year, i'd rate it a 5. (At least it went the distance.)

I've seen worse. I'd give it a 7, only because Ward, Jeff and Sterling all did good. Ward moved up 5 places in points! :bounce:

I'm going to give the race a 5. It wasn't a great race, but it was better than some of the past races at Pocono. Hopefully Michigan won't be as bad next weekend.

Where are all the fans that say this race should stay 500 miles in length? My goodness, knock it down to 400 please!

I'd give it about a 5 also. It WAS boring, in my opinion. I thought it needed more cautions. There were a lot who's race day ended early, but that's about it. I also agree with Gollum, it was a race, but not the best one. :p There wasn't much bumpin' and grindin' and Dale ended up in a flameball! :( I think we're all ready for a good ol' Michigan race.

I thought it was kinda funny today when in their closing comments Hammond and whatshisname made a point to say that next weeks Michigan race will be much like today's Pocono race:

Lots of fuel strategy and pit strategy. Starting up front is a must if you plan to contend.

Yeah, makes me really look forward to that race.

IMO, I said keep it 500 mi because a lot of people said parts failure would happen. I think only 1 or 2 fell out ofter that, due to equipment failure. You just never know whats going to break. Any race can be boring, given the right situation, Pocono is a little more boring, than it should be. anyway I give it a 5.658 :p Its always more boring when someomes driver falls out early tho.
