This race isn't worthy of a rating for me. Another terrible Richmond race.

Races like last night's race are why I quit going to Richmond. Not worth 3 hours of TV time, nevertheless $90 in tickets and $60 in gas.

I will give the race a 1.5. I thought it was a total snooze. I have always loved racing, but some of the races this year have beaten some of that out of me.

I can't give it a rating because ESPN never showed me more than 2 cars at a time. There may have been racing going one, but I didn't see it.

:(

There's a very good probability that there wasn't any racing to show. Richmond isn't a great track anymore, hasn't been for years. Hell, most of my friends wouldn't go and the people I usually had to buy tickets from months in advance couldn't even give away their tickets this year. 82,000 (the best estimates) is a far cry from the 120,000 who used to go to that race plus the waiting list that used to exist for tickets.

I recorded it and watched part of it last night and the rest of it this morning. I ended up skipping through most of the second half of the race. Reminded me a lot of the Bristol race. I'll say 4 because the very first of it was pretty good. It reminded me on the last regular season game where a team has a playoff spot clinched - they just go through the motions.

I know, let's give the dates to tracks in Canada. Even if the races there won't be good, at least they will be new. Sheesh, I don't understand why so many of you continue to watch the sport. And for those who don't but continue to write about how they hate it, well all I can say is WTF?

As for this race, I enjoyed it, but I love auto racing. I saw lots of good side by side racing back in the pack and the last 20 or so laps kept me glued to the seat to see if anything would happen at the front. I'll give the race a 7.5.

I must have tuned into a different race on another channel Saturday night. You guys/gals should have watched the one on ESPN @ 7:30. That one was at least a 7 in my book. 15 lead changes throughout the night. 13 of them under the green flag. Racing throughout the field. I could have gone for a different winner but it is what it is.

The only thing interesting about the race was watching all of the loose cars. I say a 3.254

What race was this because I was watching the Sprint Cup race on ABC at 7:30. I turned on ESPN looking for another race since this had to be a fluke and football was on.

My bad..... ABC is correct. Forgot they actually decided to air this one on an OTA network for a change.

I blame the COT more than anything. The Richmond races have completely sucked ever since they debuted that piece of ****.

I'll give it a 5. Nationwide was way better though.

Why has the racing their gotten so stail, I haven't been watching nascar but for 5 years or so and remember it being better raceing not long ago. Is it the new brick, I mean car?

That and the TV networks. I've been to Richmond and, yeah, the racing's worse since this new car debuted, but there's no way the races are as bad as what we saw Saturday Night. I'm betting there was A LOT more racing that ESPN didn't show us.
