Not pleased with some of the results, but I can't argue with the racing and intensity. Best race of the year thus far, IMO.

Have to give it 9.5. The only think lacking was a photo finish.

9. Good racing, and the usual "race to the Chase" drama was exciting to watch unfold.

Great race, lots of passing, pit action... add the chase drama.. It's a solid 9

only a B

Exciting certainly but the over the top Race for the Chase insanity (Bowyer) and the blown call on Edwards jumpin' the restart diminished an otherwise great race.

7

Thought that #78 flat black Chevy was gonna pull this one off.

Maybe next time.

9- Very good racing all through the pack all night, sucky ending for obvious reasons.

8.5 for me..slow start but got a lot better...JJ 4th bad race in a row....god I hope this continues into the chase...heartbreaker for Gordon and newman...

I think green flag racing is the is the toughest form of oval racing; you run what you brung with few chances to adjust the car. Team mistakes during pits stops are magnified and drivers have to deal with the car as is. It's kinda like a defensive football game, not a lot of excitement. I was impressed with Ryan racing his way into the lead and a place in the chase. Then the race became tainted; Boywer's spin - hmmm and NASCAR's non call on Edwards which gave him a lot of bonus points. I thought the race was pretty good but the ending could hurt the sport.

It makes for some great stra-tee-gery though.

I'll take long green flag runs over a phantom debris caution any day of the week.

9.0. Questionable finish. Watching Newman and Ku. Busch and Gordon were worth the price of admission. A lot of good hard racing.

Ill give it an 8. Richmond is my favorite track, and the race was pretty good. The questionable actions are something that has been part of the sport and been happening for decades. We will just wait for penalties and see what happens as far as that goes.

9.8 I think Nascar has made it more exciting since they have added the chase. Kept me on the edge of my seat waiting to see who was in and who wasn't.I kinda worry about the team concepts playing a role in how things are decided though. FB I like your Avatar, have you seen his new book out at Wal-mart called Si-cology? I think Nascar could use some of his wisdom.

Why do I get the feeling that Si's book is only available at Wal-Mart ?

I'm thinkin 'Rate The Race ' numbers are up since "Boys Have At It ". As I recall , we were all pretty upset about racing getting boring and predictable . Sure isn't that anymore .;)
