I give it a 9.5 :beerbang:

Breathtaking action at the end of the race...WOW! :D

Pretty darn good. Lots of back and forth in the top ten, some good comebacks, and a surprise ending that can't be beat. 9 to match the winner's number! :beerbang:

Only thing that could have made it better is TNT coverage.

the CoT suddenly isn't as boring...I'd give it a 8.5.

I will give it a 6. I thought it was pretty boring but I have so much going on right now that I couldn't get into the race so I don't know if that is fair or not.

Wait, Pocono's on June 8th?

Okay, so I'll see Pocono this year on TNT and miss Michigan for the President's Cup Nationals at Maryland International.

wow..that's a close one, both are snoozers...although i'd admit pocono has more action that MIS does.

For a 600-mile race, that was about a 9. I would have given it a better number had it not been for the last 2 laps. What a bummer.

What a perfect ending of a long weekend of racing. I'll give it a 10, but then again, I'm a little biased as far as the winner is concerned.

BTW, as I was sitting watching this race with one arm around my lovely wife, after that last pit stop for a splash of gas, I look at my wife and said, "wouldn't it be the chits if Tony blew a tire?" Less than two minutes later, it happened. Tony fans went from euphoric to "oh NO", whilst us #9 fans went from "Oh well", to euphoric! :beerbang:

Tony has fans?

6-7 here also
start and middle pretty boring.

The middle was pretty boring. I was just thinking of changing my 7 to a 6.

I thought it was a very good race. Lots of side-by-side action. Tempers flaring.

Love him or hate him - Kyle Busch is a rockstar. It's about time we had emotion, tempers, and a villian in NASCAR. And I think Kyle's gonna keep the show going. ;)

I'll give it a 6.5 since I fell asleep in the middle. I never fall asleep during a race! Although I must admit, I didn't sleep much the night before, had a rough early part of the day and did watch the Indy 500 first. I thought the end was good and I'd give it a 9.0.

Buck - I like Tony AND Kasey, so it was OK with me. :)

My guy won so that was good, but as far as rating it fairly i'd give it a 7 or so, pretty boring in the middle, started dozing. At least we have passing in Nascar, watched the highlights of the F1 race and there were only 3 passes for the lead, i don't know how anyone can truly be a fan of that series. Cars are way cool and all, but the racing is very boring.

Boring is relative. I, for one, love F1. The strategies involved, the technology and the speed are what make the sport great for me. And what made it even more interesting this week was the weather. Do we put on the dry weather tires, or do we stay with the wets?

and He still out ran all the rcr
cars!!!!!:beerbang:

HEY !!!!!! Who let you out of the swamp !!!!!!! Good to see you chime in Bow. :)

Rate the race a 9.

Any 600 mile race will have a few slow spots but this one was pretty eventful with few low points and when the going got tough, the tough got going.
Congrats due to Evernham/Gillette Racing and Kasey Khane. Same for Biffle, KyBusch, JGordon and Earnhardt. None of the second through fifth finishers should have done as well as they did under the circumstances but this is what makes them the best.

No surprise Kyle was flipping the bird to JGordon as JG was racing good, hard Saturday night racing with twenty laps to go.
A lot of pressure on these guys trying to figure the deal and most of the angst is frustration more than individual personalities.

Of course there are those with a fanatical hate for certain drivers or teams.;)

What the heck happened to Bowyer in that race??!! Maybe they commented on it when I was asleep, but man, he was doing terrible! I expected much better from him.

He ended up the one torn up in the restart when Tony brake checked them.
