Rate The Race

9.5!! :D Hard to give any race a perfect 10, but it was close!! The fact that Jr won and it was run on my favorite track sure helped a lot too!!         :bounce:

9...............happy that Junior won........would have liked to see Jeff win, but glad Junior won..... :D

I give it an 8. The best part of the night was Tony ripping DW a new @$$hole, which he had every right to do so.

I thought it was pretty darn good racing all night. I'll give it a 9.0

i did not really like the race last night, i did not find it very good, and it about put me to sleep.

     so i give it 5, at least it was a race, i liked the old racing at richmond better, just be happy when the 2ed grove fully comes back.

I give it a solid 9 :D

Lappy, are you sure you watched the same race as the rest of us? :p

Not a bad race, except for the final rundown. I'll give the first 399 laps a 7, and the last lap a 0.5.

Tough luck for Kurt, he had the car to beat early on at least. Such is racing.

I'll give the race an 8. Pretty good race all night long.

The 2nd groove just wasn't there early on.
My memory may be fading, but didn't we see Jr use the second groove to move from 4th to 1st when he took the lead early? I think it was mostly everyone being afraid to use it for the first part of the race! It was there but it did get better as the race went on........either that or the teams adjusted for it as the race progressed! :) I'm pretty sure most will think it was a darned good race overall, with or without the second line around the track!! Everyone except Lappy, that is............he snoozed during the race!! :XXROFL:

I enjoyed the entire race. Don't understand what some peeps
expect. :D :D :D I really don't like "crash fests".

Would have liked to see anyone of 10 or so different guys win,
but Jr did and congrats to him and his crew. They did their homework!!!!!

The best part of the whole evening was Tony's interview!!!!!
I surely hope it made him feel at least as good as it did me.
I still ROTFL when I think about it!!!!!

I will rate the race a 9.8 !!!!!!! :D  :D  :D

Yes, DEW, he did. But I didn't see it being really used by a lot of drivers.

Then again, maybe the TV didn't show if others were using it effectively.

I give it a 9.5, love short track racing and a bonus when it's night racing.

Brian starting on the pole-10
Schrader starting 34th-6
Brian leads some laps-10
Schrader misses all the wrecks-10
Brian's first top ten-10
Schrader finishes 23rd-8

Let's see...that averages out to um...wait, gotta get out the calculator...

I give it a 9! I think...

9.8 the new suface was good and jr. proved for the second time this year he can also win on the non-restrictor plate tracks

GO JR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I was at home during the race I would have gave it a 5, but since I got to be there I will give it a 7.

I'll give it a 9,good to see that 2nd groove come in so soon, really didn't think it would be that good this early, great race.

8.5...always room for improvement....lets see a 10 would have had DJ and Elliott finishing first and second

I would have to go a 8.5. Would have been better if Harvick hadn't had those two tires go down . That cost him.

Since this was my first Race I was going to give it a 10, But I was hopeing the finish would be closer and with my guy McMurray going out early I have to give it a 8.5
