Rate the Lowe's race!

I give it an 8, even though the rain came...Ward got a top 10 and that made my night and today!! :)

as far as races go it was a 2... no excuses for a bad race

I give it a
The Indy 500 was much better than the 600 I gave that an 8

The indy race was better... First time in a long time. Hope MA returns next year for INDY.

I give it     because they called it so early.
What was bad about this race?? It had plenty of passing and some good pit strategy. Some teams got screwed because of the strategy but that is racing. On the whole, with the action, passing and teams that turned around the pitting under green deal after going a lap down is part of the game. Watching them get thier lap back makes for a good race.

And what would the disgruntled fans have NASCAR do instead of calling the race when they did ?? They had experience from Friday to know how long it was going to take to dry the track and more rain showing on the radar.

If only they had waited a little longer..........................., it would have been between eleven and twelve o'clock before the race was restarted. That's taking an hour from Mike Helton's time frame. They still had an hour and a half of racing left with rain on the radar, and if only they had started right away to dry the track the race MIGHT have been completed between one-thirty and two-thirty in the morning. No guarantee as the rain was coming and it did arrive. Blame Mike Helton, NASCAR, Bill or Brian France, or all of the above, but Mother Nature cannot be controlled.

If they had started the race and been able to complete it, fans would not have gotten out of the track for another two hours as the parking lots were swamps.
It seems no matter what the decision is by NASCAR, they are never right, unless of course the decision favors a fans favorite driver. :D

I'll give it a seven....Junior, Kurt and Tony all had trouble. Nobody was seriously injured and most of my favorites including Jeff Gordon, Matt Kenseth and Jimmie Johnson had very good nights in the points race. What more could a guy want?

I give it a 7, Ward did a great job and so did Sterling (3rd fav) Jeff B. didn't do to bad either. Problebly would have rated it higher if they could have finished the race. Ward might have moved up. Also WAY TOO MANY COMMERCIALS!!

It wasn't that bad of a race, probably a 7-71/2. Wish the rain would of held off.

It would have been a better race if Mayfield had hit the wall much, much later and Kenny's engine had lasted a little longer. Maybe giving Lil'E 43 instead of 41. I know, I know it's only 6 points but it's never been about the points.

The other ? is, does DEI replace Harvick's air gun or does Harvick extract his measure at Dover? I think Childress can afford a new air gun...

I'll give it a 6. It was a okay race, some good racing farther back in the field, but judging from Kenseth ansd some other drivers reactions, I'm not sure they drove as hard as they would have if they thought the race was going to get called early. It's very disappointing that the two biggest races so far this year have both been cut short early by rain. Steve didn't do very good, nor did my second fav Jeff Green, but my other fav Ryan Newman may finally have ended his horrible luck.
