I will give the race a 6.5. It didn't do much for me although there were a few odd happenings.

It was a 12 baby! Crash Gordan gets the wall Burton gets the win!

I'd give it a -2. My driver got spin and then lost him mind.

Well I slept thru the 1st 2 hours. The middle was quite funny with JPM/Smoke/Lil'E/JJ fiasco. The end was edge of the seat. 1st Jeff, then Matt and finally Burton. For Texas I'd rate it a 7.

I didn't get to watch but the last 16 laps. I was pulling for Mattie 100 percent. It was good to see Jeff Burton and Matt race clean. Congrats again to Burton.

The 16 laps would be a 7.5.

1 question tho, where's the "he shoulda dumped him crowd"? They were out in full force last race. Why didn't Burton dump Matt? Or Matt dump Jeff when he was going by? I thought the win was all that mattered!
It's early yet. Maybe some of them will stop by and complain...

To bad ole Crash didnt crash harder or Burton would be the points leader...

Buddy i'm telling you..stop provoking a big arguement here. Shut up about it.

Who's bashing? (Besides Jeff G :p )

Didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings..... Some people on this board need to lighten up.

I enjoyed the race immensely. One of the better races Texas has produced. The track is finally maturing and coming into it's own. When as talented a driver as Jeff Gordon says he just can't get a handle on it, it must be something special.

Great racing through-out the field --- what we got to see of it. I never did hear what Harvick's problem was.

Good to see Truex and Menard do well, also. Great to see Junior up front, too. The accident that took him out, well, that's racing.

I'll give the race an 8.5.

Congratulations to Jeff Burton and the 31 team. Well executed stops and great driving.

I give it a 5

I just felt the positiions didn't change at all after the 'qualifying laps' were run (oh say after 20 or so...) except for accidents eninges.

Glad to see JB get the win tho... helped some...

i'll give it a 9.5. Only way it coulda been a 10 was if the other jeff won.

The track is getting good. Had cars running all 4 lanes today. They were 3 wide through he turns at least 7 times that i saw, and probably more times i didnt see because of my camera. The Rudd/Ragan debacle was a little interesting, i was amazed rudd finished out the race.

I have to give the race a 9. That was THE BEST race at Texas by far!!! It is quite disappointing to know that the television coverage is so lacking in what they show the viewing public on tv. To see a Texas race in person, I feel certain that you would change your minds about this race track. There was alot of racing throughout the field that I am positive that you didn't get to see on the broadcast.

I didn't get to see over half of the race yesterday. Fox had tech difficulties here yesterday. It was on cable and satellite too. Watched on foxtrax on the computer. It updates every lap.
