Was the dust as bad as 2014? That was the year of the dustbowl. It looked it on tv.10, was there and didn't have to put up with commercials.
9.75 a - .25 ding for taking too much time running too many laps under yellow. 100% track prep, I hope Tony is in charge of the Chili Bowl dirt.
I did the same thing. That's why I didn't post this thread until this morning.9.5 I was so entertained I stopped posting on here with you fine people and just enjoyed the race.
Yeah I pretty much did the same thing. I couldn't believe 4 wide on a dirt track, the trucks once again put on a hell of a show.
10 as a Nascar change-of-pace event that had a great finish between two deserving contenders. Strictly judging as a professional dirt race, it was mediocre racing because the trucks are too heavy, the tires too small, and some entrants are like a fish out of water. But as a one-off in the truck series, Eldora is so fun, always a highlight of the year. It is kind of like stock cars on roadracing courses... that the cars/trucks are not designed for that is part of the charm.
We were in the entry to turn 4 and came home fairly clean. Looked like some of the main grandstand was eating dust most of the night. Was the dust as bad as 2014? That was the year of the dustbowl. It looked it on tv.
