Rate The Vegas Race

8

Pretty good race overall

The finish probably gets a 1 though

Race: 8.

Finish gets a 2 from me. I don't think Carl should've won.

I thought the rules said the tire changers had to take the tires OVER THE WALL. I'd like NASCAR to further interpret why they didn't penalize Carl. I'll reserve judgement on that, but if they say the cameraman didn't in fact kick the tire out like FOX stated (and it's hard to tell from the camera angle they had), Carl just got a free win.

I just call it as I see it.

I will give it a 10! RCR had a pretty good day, HMS didn't. Gordon crashed and Jr. blew it again. What more could you ask for?:beerbang:

Gotta give it a 10. My man Carl won, Gordon tried to plow down the wall after trying to drive over Matt, glad he wasn't hurt but it was better than Matt getiing tore up and Gordon driving off. Best man won period nobody gave him anything. Think that team has finally started getting their act together. One heck of a driver on asphalt and dirt.

rcr4life and dirtguru, you guys sure know how to rate a race. :D

I will give it a 7. Even before Gordon wrecked I could not get interested in the race.

You two are why great boards like this one always seens to die off cuz of people like you making comments like that.

Your maturity level are as high as a 1 year old. Grow up.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so let's not get too personal.

I enjoyed the race totally --- I'll give it an 8.5

Tony's and Jeff's wrecks scared the chit out of me, though. Was sure glad to see both walking and talking.

For sure! That was scary. Tony still looked daffy when they interviewed him.

Yeah, they both took a hard hit. I am glad that they seem to have come out of it OK. Jeff and Tony are probably the 2 best drivers in Nascar and both take a hard hit in the same race.

I give it a 6 kept my interest while my guys were doing well, Matt getting knocked out not good, Patrick 1st race a DNF not good, Tony & Jeff I was worried about them, don't like any of the drivers getting hurt not good,2nd place for Jr I give him a 9 good for him, and Carl winning nice for Jack Roush
all in all wasnt the worst day for racing.

Just heard that the 99 failed post race inspection??

8 or so I'd say. Too bad for the red flag at the end, I think Jr might've had something for Carl. I think he may have had somehting for him after the yellow, except for the tire spin. I don't even really consider myself a Junior fan, but I was rooting for him when he passed Kenseth.

Looking forward to Atlanta next week.

Sounds good to me, 8. Glad to see Kahne hang in there and get another top ten.

Got home from work to catch the last 100 laps or so I'd give it a 7.5 or 8 also. i was really surprised Kasey rebounded like he did. My buudy is in Vegas for the race and put $100 down on kasey for me at 20:1 that would of been sweet!

I'll give it a 7, but my watching was interrupted from watching the first half at my parents and then driving home to watch the rest. I got back just after Tony's wreck and WOW.......... him saying his legs were tingling and having trouble feeling them, gave me pause for sure. Jeff's crashed looked horrible and hearing him say he's never taken such a hard hit, really makes you know how bad it was since he's taken a lot of hits. I'm just glad they both walked away. I bet they're both pretty sore today.
