And why would that be?
Seems to me that Ray is doing exactly what he wants to do........... be his own boss.
But he is not winning.. I bet he at least wishes Jeff Gordon would have gone with him.
Bet you Rick would have given Ray some cushy lifetime job if he had decided to stay.

LOL good one. Ray is doing just fine, he has won with Bill Elliot, Mayfield, and Kasey. So i'm not sure what the other poster was refering to him not winning? Yeh he hasn't won this year, but there are a lot of races left.

If I remember right didn't Ray have the driver with the most wins last year??????? Amazing how a driver has a rough go of it and he'sautomtically washed up.

I hate that they are having such a bad season so far. I was expecting all three teams to be alot better.
Ray strikes me as too much of a Type A personality to work too long for someone else. He's the man-in-charge right now, and no matter how poorly the season is going, he's OK.
