Ray Lewis has announced he will retire at the end of the season.

I don't think you can downplay the effect this could have on the team's intensity this week. He is one of the greatest defensive players ever to play the game and the unquestioned leader of that team. I don't know how much he will play in the game or how effective he will be coming off of his injuries, but his just playing could be big.
