Monte Carlo is a neat place to visit (For an afternoon, there really that much to see. See the Changing of th Guard, a hour in the museum, visit the casino and...? Cannes and Nice are a half hour train ride down the coast)) and it's picturesque but it's a horrible track for racing. Yesterday's race could have been one of the better ones there but that late rad flag and F1's allowing the teams to change tires changes the whole complexion of the final laps. What could have been a battle turned into a parade with Vettel leading the show. A lot of folks, including Pirelli, are questioning F1's rules on what can and can not be done during red flags. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12433_6959628,00.html
