That driver is lucky in a way that the guy wasn't able to jump up and kick his teeth in for being so stupid.
That's way to close the the biker/car accident that happened in front of me once. Chilling video.
A guy blew by my dad and I on the road tonight doing at least 90, no flashers or anything, and blew right through a red light. And as usual, no cops in sight and the camera were facing the intersecting road, not the state highway.
