Does anyone really think this referee helped LeBron's team win the game? There was no way anybody would have stopped him that night. When his jumper is falling it is impossible for any high schooler to stop him.

I did hear a funny line the other day though. Someone said LeBron hit a parked car with his new Hummer. They said in preparing him for life in the NBA the other car was called for a blocking foul.

Somebody just draft this kid, give him his millions, let him get his drug charge like so many others, and let's get on with life. Sad thing is, next year it'll be another kid.

I'm so sick of hearing about this guy I could scream. Good thing I don't follow thugball...I mean basketball I suppose.

Oh dear God! He had his picture taken at the request of the ref after the game. I do not see how any wrong doing was done. I think some of you may be just a little jealous of lebron. Maybe next week someone will hand him a tissue and he'll get suspended again. That will be great because it sure does suck if someone has more than you.

I find it amazing that people see nothing wrong with every single thing this kid has done.

Was ok to get a $75,000 vehicle. Was ok to get $850 worth of clothing. Now it's ok to take grinning pics with refs, in a game where he had some miraculous comeback.

It's probably all just "The Man" trying to keep a young black kid down eh? Just making all this stuff up because The Man don't like blacks.

I find the Hummer to be a little fishy. The clothes was blone out of proportion, but this picture? Lebron is not even the one being questioned of wrong doing, the ref is. The ref is a well respected offical and there is no evidence of wrong doing. It even says that in the artical. Yet still the thread implies that something crooked went down. But I do have to hand it to you. Atleast you didn't predict he would have a drug problem.

Of course I'm implying something fishy went down, there's been fishy stuff going down since the first day this kid came into the spotlight.

He's already corrupt, and will only get worse when he has millions upon millions in his pocket.

Besides, it is a pretty nice picture of him. Wish I was ascamera friendly.

I dissagree. I think it is the adults around him who are corrupt. They are just trying to attatch their name or buisness to him in order to get free publicity. If someone offered you a Hummer or $800, would you turn it down? Bad judgmeant by Lebron does not mean that he is a bad or corrupt kid. Just means that he is a kid.

If there was a piece of paper saying, "Do not take any new cars or gifts"...then yes I would turn them down.

You ever break any rules? I do not believe he deserves the media lynching he is getting. Every action he takes is put under a microscope. These adults or so called friends should know the scrutiny of every action he takes is under.

His mother was able to get a loan for the Hummer by useing Lebrons Draft statis. He will pay for it himself with money he makes in less than a year. Know one gave that to him, he will beend paying for it himself.

As far as the clothes are concerned, the store owner gave Lebron the clothes and the the store manager turned him in. The store recieved all kinds of media attention at Jame's expense. That does not seem a little fishy to you.

This picture is so petty it is a joke.

The price to be paid for being the most famous high school athlete ever. If he wants the notoriety, he needs to understand that it comes with a price.

My original comment was not so much an indictment of him as of the NBA as a whole by the way.

Exactly Racerx11. Besides how hard is it to get a Hummer when you have medical insurance to cover you? His Mom can take out a loan and use that as colateral. I think its a dumb move, but if everyone else is making money and fame off him, why doesn't he get a hummer? It will be his money afterall. I disagree with the jerseys, he should have known better. Why is Lebron on tv constantly? The sports media and especially the school. The raised ticket prices by 300% and then moved a game to be televised nationally at UCLA. If anyone should be ripped apart, it should be the AD and their headmaster. They seem to have the deepest pockets.

PERSONALLY I DONT THINK HE SHOULD BE GETTING GIFTS BUT THATS OK ITS A FREE COUNTRY
