In NW if you had a team and were looking for a ringer, who would it be?

Drivers that run full time in a decent cup team and sometimes run NW road courses (like Marcos Ambrose) do not count.
 
I don't know how successful any of them are in the NASCAR races but I went with Fellows because I know he helped teach a lot of NASCAR drivers. I'm guessing others also helped teach drivers.
