Robby Gordon

Good video!!!!

Robby has my total respect. The Baja is a very dangerous race in certain stages. BTW, Robby darn near wrecked the Monster at the beginning of the race. Also, Kudos to Patrick Dempsey for finishing the race and coming in somewhere around position 200. With a little luck Robby's 2 sisters, Beccy & Robyn may race the Baja next year.
 
there were some drag racer who took their drag chassis information and made a buggy of it and finished way up there

His sisters raced the year before last right? I think it's nuts out there I listened to the baja scanner. Robby is a real driver he can drive anything. I love to watch him, he said even if it's a bad outcome he always puts on a show that's the truth!
 
I got a ton of respect for Robby Gordon. He deffinatly dances to his own tune. I don't think there is any driver that had worse luck then Robby the last year and a half in the Cup and Busch ranks. When he was running good somebody would collect him and if he was running poorly he would collect someone and if he was running just OK, he'd blow a tire and hit the wall. I spent more time watching him race and saying what the hell happened now!! Duane

NASCAR robbed that race right from him. The rule was written at Montreal and written with the purpose of screwing Robby Gordon over.
 
I haven't done the math this year but usually fewer than half the entries actually finish the Baja. I sure understand why. Even members of the Factory Honda team pointed out the danger in certain stages of the race. And, how about the helicopter crash. Turns out it was carrying a kingpin of the Mexican drug cartel.
 
He is not the best stock car driver but you gotta like the guy. I love his attitude.

I've always liked robby. All we need is for him, stewart, and montoya to get in a 3 way fight and i think the TV ratings would skyrocket.

Don't know but a bundle when prepared to run in the Dakar or Baja.
I can tell you what a Baja Sportsman Truck costs......:)

Robby drives every lap like he's running from the police. :eek:

I never really liked Robby until he joined RCR.

That was awesome how he punted Jeff at Loudon. :D

And there MUST be helmet pitching, of course!!!!!!!!!!! Still one of my favorite Nascar moments. Damn... I can't think of the guy at the moment who pitched is helmet at Robby this year, but I thought it was hysterical. Best part of the race. Robby is a much better pitcher, tho'! :D
