I really don't understand why so many people dislike Robby. Yes, he's an arrogant SOB, but I believe I can name a good dozen or so other drivers who are just as arrogant. How many people remember that Robby won the first race for Lowes? That was with RCR, taking the ride from the Skin man. I do believe that Robby could be a real contender if he had the equipment.

This! Plus who cares if he S&Ps? You guys act like he does it to make millions of dollars to run off with instead of supporting a race team.

I've wondered the same thing. He's not as bad as some. Maybe it's because he only runs Cup to finance his offroad career.

I have to disagree with you on this statement. He is not financing any off road stuff with the money he makes in cup, in fact, I would be willing to bet he uses money from off road racing to run at the cup level.
 
I don't get Robby. He can't afford to run the entire Cup race yet he can bring out a Nationwide car or an off road truck anytime he wants.
 
When sponsors are willing to pony up the cash, he will enter a vehicle. He has no problem getting sponsors for his off-road stuff, cause he is always a contender for the win - in whatever class he enters.

CUP? Well that's a whole different story, ain't it...

Let me tell you something, from street stocks to cup it is all about money. Money buys wins and decent finishes. Money draws sponsors and sponsors bring money. Ask anyone who has ever raced, seriously.

Speeding on the highway, illegal gas stop or sometimes a 4 mile shortcut to get a good finish, Robby gets it done. ;)
