Hey, I didn't get to see quals, so I didn't get to see Robby's FotL paint scheme, but I just saw it on his website and it looks pretty sharp, a big step up from the Busch car. I'm not too good with picture posting, but there's a picture on the main page here

I find it kinda interesting that he has an IRL car on the top of his website. Maybe that is where his heart is. I like Robby, but I would probably like him more if he raced IRL full time. It would also be a boost to to the IRL.

I think the banner picture changes randomly, but I do think he really loves IRL. It just seems to me that he only really wants to win the Indy 500, just because its the Indy 500. I think his heart is in NASCAR, he wouldn't be trying to start his own team if it wasn't. He just picked the worst possible time (via rule changes for qualifying) to start one. Once the season goes on, and he is able to get in some races, he will be in a prime spot to start for 2006, maybe they will be a real surprise too, because they will have time to figure out engines...combine that with finally getting a certain starting spot and he may turn some heads.

I dunno, one car team, thats gonna be a tough one if he doesn't atleast contract with another good team for counciltation.(sp?) I think he had a real good thing going with a Bush team. Today he was really LUCKY.

you ain't kiddin, I think he should have stayed with Busch, but that Busch effort used RCR engines, so if he split with RCR he'd be in the same boat. Maybe if he'd slugged it out in the Busch series this year, he would have turned some heads and THEN linked up with another team (a la the 01 and 10 with Hendrick) and made "the move" but, maybe he can wrangle out a good race this weekend. I think, well, finishing the race would be enough to boost the team a bit in motivation and determination, so let's hope.

If I was him, I would have stayed in Busch and strived to hav. the best year he possibly could, Really gave it his all and then try to get back into Cup racing next season. I would like to see him have some success and stay out of trouble! <_<
