Many of you race fans (maybe not here but in general) said you love Rockingham, support it and would go there when it reopens.

So, as a public service, I'm giving you a one month heads up. On October 9th, the American 200 returns to Rockingham on a Saturday afternoon doubleheader of racing (ARCA Racing Series, UARA Stars late model series). And if you buy tickets before September 15th, you get 4 tickets for $44, plus 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas free.

Everyone says they'll go to Rockingham when it reopens and they have yet to show up. Baffles my mind.:confused:

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't show up at North Wilkesboro next month for the USAR race either.:rolleyes:
 
Depending if I have any dogs over the weekend, I may attend this.
 
Three drivers seperated by 20 points, and General Admission tickets are only $20 which buys you 200 laps of ARCA Racing Series action and 75 laps of UARA Late Model racing action!!! No reason for fans in North Carolina to skip this one!

Previous plans kept me from the first race at NW and I vowed that nothing would keep me from the Oct 3rd races. Well, the mother-in-law has to come to town on Friday for some medical work. Will no doubt stay at our home Saturday so now our plans are on hold. However, I told the wife that since I will go and pick her up in Hickory and take her to see the doctor here, if she needs someone to stay and take care of her, well I've done my job and I'll be off to NW with or without her. Now let me hear from all you youngin's that believe that. :(
