Anyone else notice Roger had a Hendrick hat on after the race during his interview? Whats that about?

Penske had talked to Hendrick either earlier in the day or earlier in the week about having a Hendrick hat, and after the race, Rick came down and gave him one.
 
Roger told Rick if he ever won the 500 he would wear a HMS hat
 
at least he's the owner and doesnt have to worry about being griped at. Although i'm not so sure dodge would be happy about it?
 
Why wouldn't Dodge be happy?

They just won the biggest race of the year. That's enough exposure. Its not like a hat with the last name Hendrick will make or break your season really.

Dodge also gave a million dollar bonus to the team for winning.
 
guess he will have the money to finish his private test track now? lol j/k it was a cool race.

Why not. The hat had Hendrick on it, not Chevy. Hendrick Automotive sells Dodges as well as GM products. :)
