Why thank you Buck! Great pic, wish I could have been there to see it myself. My boss may be giving me tickets to Bristol and I may also get free tickets to Sparta for a Busch race! Would be my first race and I can't wait to see if they come through for me!:) By the way--where's your avatar? Trying to find something new?

Yeah, I'm trying to be incognito for a while. :) The wife has told some of her friends that I play here and they have come to see me. :eek: I need to find something that is more appropriate for the new me. I'm now no longer an old fart! Yep, I've gotten young again, and I need something that will show it.

When you go to your first race, or when ever, either purchase or rent a scanner. It does two things, saves your ears (hearing) and makes the race that much more fun.
 
I want the scanners you can talk to each other with and listen in to what's going on with the race. I would love to go to Sparta for the Busch race. I love it just as much as cup.

I'll try to find something befitting of your sudden young age.:)
 
Hello I'm back! So it was a few days but I was going through major internet withdrawals!! Jeesh I'm addicted to this stuff.

Those are great, but expensive. I wanted to get those myself, but the Mrs put a hold on that. We use our scanner at the local tracks as well.

The first Busch race I attended was in Milwaukee back in '93. They were still running V6's then and they were very loud. The Busch series is great and you get to see some youngsters who will probably become tomorrow's superstars.

I am here. After my horrible internet withdrawal. Apparently I have a problem. hehe. All joking aside, which turns everything dull anyways, I am here for the first time in a while and now wanting to see Lord of the Rings again.
