Simply awesome! Congrats Ryan! This was a glorious night! I have been waiting for this since 2006 since our last American driver won the championship. I couldn't be more proud of Ryan. After having 2 horrible finishes at Mid-Ohio and Sonoma he bounced back with a huge win in Baltimore and now this incredible finish tonight. Just simply awesome. I am beyond happy right now. USA! USA! USA! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Very well deserved. His drive at Baltimore was outstanding. Tonight he drove a car that he struggled with all weekend to the championship. I hope this win brings in more young talented American drivers wanting a chance at fame.

Glad to see an American driver back on top in Indy. Ryan drove the wheels off that car at Baltimore and put himself in position to win the championship and he did. The fact he did it with that American manufacturer doesn't hurt my feelings either
