A guy goes to his doctor and tells him he needs help maintaining an erection, but he is afraid to take Viagra because he doesn't like taking drugs. The doctor tells him that he could try doing what Italian guys do, which is to eat some rye bread. He thinks this is crazy, so he asks a friend about it who says he has heard the same thing. So he goes to the bakery and he asks the girl at the counter for some rye bread. While she is getting it he says "You better make it three loaves". The girl says "Are you sure? It might get pretty hard on 'ya". The guy says "Man, how has everyone heard about this but me?"
