"Buck" Sewell: Lawrence "Buck" Glen Sewell, 71, of 204 Red Haven Drive, died Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at home. He was the husband of Linda Bradham Sewell and son of the late Lawrence G. Sewell, Sr. and Virginia McCarter Sewell. He was with NASCAR for over 20 years as chief mechanic for Dale Earnhardt, David Pearson, Bobby and Donnie Allison, and Buck and Buddy Baker, all numerous NASCAR championship winners. He was a member of Croft Baptist Church. Visitation will be 1:00-2:30pm/et, Friday, September 21, 2007, at Bobo Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 PM, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens officiated by Pastor Danny Cannon.
