It is with great sadness and regret that i have to tell you all that at 4am ET today our good forum friend and buddy James Tiny Crabtree passed on.

I know you will all join me in offering our thoughts and prayers to Tinys sister Sara and their family at this time.

God speed, Tiny. Say hello to all our friends, and to all those drivers you loved to photograph.

We are all going to follow dear Tiny into the great beyond. Only a very few of us will go with as many friends as Tiny has. I guess that is what life is all about. If I am correct then Tiny is the winner. He won us all over to his friendship side. Nobody has more friends, or is better liked than Tiny. Goodbye Tiny, I'll try to catch you on the flip side.

Godspeed Tiny. Your heartfelt love for this sport and its fans is unsurpassed in my book. We should all be so lucky to have lived as Tiny did, doing what we loved to do. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and closest friends. May they find the comfort Tiny has finally been afforded.
 
So very sad to hear, but that is from an earthbound soul that is selfish and don't want to let go of your humor or the stories you shared. I wanted to hear them all.
From my spirit to yours my friend I will celebrate your moving on to a place you can be complete again. No physical handicaps to hinder you, only warmth and love surrounded by old friends and loved ones.
Maybe only now can you know just how many souls you've touched over the years and the love so many feel for you.
Not to worry my friend, you will live on for a long long time in the hearts and minds of your many friends. That is Legacy, that is true life's success.

My heart, my prayers and my joy of having known a little of you will always be with you.

Simple words cannot express my heartfelt feelings, but I am sure that Tiny received one of the warmest welcomes ever in The Hereafter. He was a dear, sweet man and will be sorely missed.
Despite his disabilities, he kept us all in good spirits and seemed to have always looked on the bright side of things.
My Heartfelt condolences to Sara, his family, and his many thousands of friends. Rest In Peace Tiny.

Tiny, I didn't know you for long but what little time we had as friends here, I will treasure and hold dear to my heart for the rest of my life.

I know you are out of pain, I know that you walk among family and friends, I know you are happy and laughing, I know that you are at peace and that is what I have hoped for you.

Our hearts are broken and we are sad but you are where you belong .... among Angels.

Your family will be in my prayers and thoughts at this sad time.
 
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Tiny. He was much loved and respected. If the measure of a man's wealth is his friends, then Tiny was indeed, a very wealthy man. He will be greatly missed. Sympathy and prayers to Sara and the family. Our lives are better for having known Tiny.

I only pray that his family will be given the strength and love to carry them through this time of grief.
