Well, the location of the Indycar's first race of the 2010 season is finally confirmed. It is the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is a street circuit. The race will be March 14th as expected.
I'm glad they changed their minds, and are having the race in Sao Paulo instead of Rio. I still don't see how they could get the Olympics when as recently as 2007 they averaged 30 people murdered every week.
I'm not overly impressed with the track layout, though. Granted, with street races you're limited to how the roads network is, but this layout doesn't seem overly creative to me. Hopefully it wont be the final version.
