Sarah Fisher just finish her first ever stock car race with BAW, she started 14th but had to start last with a radio problem but came up to 14th quickly and high of 9th, but she dropped out of the race for a battery problem.... Sarah Fisher might make a move to Busch Grand National Series in 2005 driving for either Richard Childress Racing or Rick Hendrick Motorsports.

Sarah Fisher is going to be in Harrisburg/Concord, North Carolina at the Hendrick Motorsports Facility to take a tour and talk them about a job one day this week.

I say give her a chance.
I totally agree. It would be great if she made it in Nascar, and if not, at least she had a chance.

I'd like to see her get a chance on a good team with competitive equipment.

I been a fan of Sarah since midgets.. i hope she goes with the right team... she will be good in any car she gets.

Hopefully Hendricks Motorsports..

I wonder if she may be driving the 2 car for a few races next year in the Busch series. RCR hasnt announced a driver and she has met with RCR recently about driving for them.

Actually RCR announced today that Clint Bowyer will be the driver of the #2 car.

I think it's more likely that Sarah will drive the #21 in the races Harvick doesn't.

This is a good thing for NASCAR. A good solid racer coming into the sport. Especially out of the dirt ranks.

Oh ok I didnt see that yet. I think Harvick is doing his own team in the Busch series next year with him and Crafton driving but maybe he's just going to own that car and stay with RCR.

He might be I just heard a rumor he was going to move up to a busch team plus I think I heard NBC talking about Harvick spliting a ride with some other driver for RCR.

Actually I would hope RCR or whoever might be interested in Sarah would run her atleast 1 season in the ARCA series with maybe limited Busch starts before putting her into Busch full time. Maybe a year of ARCA, ayear of Trucks, A year of Busch Then Cup.

Shoot, I gotta say, Eagle1, that makes too much sense. LOL
Why would anyone related to NASCAR do ANYTHING that
was logical????

I too, think Sarah has great potential; but I
sure don't want to see her in RCR. Would much
rather see her get a chance with HMS. I think she
would get more impartial treatment and be given
better equipment to drive. JMO, but I just get
chauvie vibes from RCR and Co.

Well I don't know about impartial treatment. Not with Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson there. But I think she would get better equiptment. You can tell by the way the 29, 30, and 31 run.
