School sorry for Hitler in superhero banner

Apparently some university in Thailand created a congratulations graduation mural that included Superman, Batman, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, & Adolf Hitler. Now maybe i'm not so smart but I'd like to think that by now, German World War II history is something that every developed nation on the face of the earth has knowledge about. So with that I read the article, looked at the accompanying picture of a Thai girl doing the Hitler salute, & then drew the conclusion that either this girl has no idea who Adolf Hitler truly was or she see's him as somekind of hero. This guy IMO is if not the most evil man who's walked the earth in the last 100 years, he's definitely in the top 5. Zartan didn't even try to find his corpse to steal DNA when Cobra was creating Serpentor. My thoughts, anyone wanna input...?

this is a big part of it:
The study of history in the Thai school system revolves primarily around the history of Thailand and its long line of kings. World history is glossed over, with little or no mention of the Holocaust.
 
Well none of the "Superheroes" mentioned are of Thai creation or descent, so I could see how they screwed it up.
