Pardon if this is a previously discussed topic. 1sr post.

Are there any sections at Darlington and Matinsville that have individual seats vs. bench seating? Wife has a bum leg. Anyone have access to this info on other tracks? I know Indy has some.

Thanks.

You mean like this? Darlington, Brasington Tower in turn 1. The higher-lettered sections at the entrance to the turn may do a better job of keeping the sun out of your face than the lower-lettered sections closest to turn 2.

None that I've ever seen @ Martinsville. It still may be worth a call to the track as @TexasRaceLady say's.

Darlington, Pearson Tower in Turn 4. Notice these are basically modified folding chairs.

Huh. I can't get this photo to paste.

There we go. These aren't as comfortable as the ones in Brasington, but the sun won't be in your eyes for the first hour or so.

Also, there are rails between the sections in Pearson, but NOT in Brasington. Keep that in mind if balance or support are issues. Peason has an elevator, Brasington has a ramp with about 14 switchbacks.

The same style metal seats are also in Wallace, the lower level on the front stretch, and on backstretch. Do I need to tell you about sitting on a straightaway with no doglegs?

Martinsville - I've looked at my photos and they show benches all the way around. I assume we're ruling out the luxury boxes.
