No wonder Americans don't trust the media.

CNN just ignored - completely and entirely ignored - a major news story and a Presidential Address to show "CNN LIVE EXCLUSIVE", "BREAKING NEWS" coverage of a cruise ship being towed to port.... for the last four hours straight.

I'm in awe right now. Actually, I'm not. I'm kind of angry about this. It's no wonder all of us in the media catch a bad rep.

Along with that, the media is such a joke anymore. What happened to the days of not reporting until you had multiple sources? Just look at the Chris Dorner reporting. How big of a joke were the multiple inaccuracies that were reported. They are in such a hurry to be the first to report something that they don't even care about the truth anymore.

MSNBC was the only one that didn't rush to air inaccurate information. Too bad it was an accident. It's all about getting it first.

This stuff on CNN today, it's an absolute comedy.

When the networks realized they could make big money by changing their old 'public service' newscasts into entertainment, things went to crap real fast.
Ultimately, it's the viewers who allow this to continue.

C-SPAN's the only news outlet that's remained true to it's definition. In fact, C-SPAN's the only network that's remained true to it's definition, period.
